Week 2 - Day 2 - Activity 1 - Fabulous Faora Weaving a tell tale

I already have tried flax weaving, I cant remember what I made as it was 2 years ago. I kind of enjoyed it so would like to try again as this is how you get better and better and flaxing / weaving.

For my support crew in the lake taupo cycle race I would choose: 
1 - My mum because she supports me which I love. 
2 - My dad because he would cheer me on.

Week 2 - Day 1 - Activity 2 - Surf up Swimming with the fish

I love swimming and it is my favorite because I am good at jumping in  the deep end. I am brave. I go swimming at the school pool, the deep end is 1.7 metres high!

Week - 1 - Day 5 - Activity 3 - Going going gone

Christchurch is the best place to live as it has the biggest playground ever! It was nice living here in my home because we have space to run around and have space for all our animals. We have three different kinds of animals. (we have a dog, 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs ) and we are getting 2 or 3 chickens. There are no snakes or poisonous spiders in NZ so that makes me very happy.

SLJ - Week 1 - Day 5 - Activity 2 - Living on the Edge

Dear Bella 

I have been to Tundra over the last couple of weeks and it is very cold!! I had to wear 10 layers of clothes it was that cold! It looks like an old dust pack I did not see any trees there as its to cold and to dry for them to grow  I was very surprised to find out no one lives there and there are no homes so it was very silent. Tundra is so dry because it has drying winds.

I don't believe logging should be allowed in NZ, because animals can't live as they would not have a home anymore and we need trees to help us breathe.

SLJ - Week 1 - Day 4 - Activity 2 - Pancakes and Maple Syrup

My favourite food is pizza!!!!  This is how you make it:

Pizza Dough:
1 cup flour

5 Tbsp oil

1/2 cup warm water

Pinch of Salt

Mix all ingrediants together until they form a ball, then roll out flat with a rolling pin,
Add all your ingredients, such as:
Pepperoni
Cheese
Spaghetti
Mushroom
Tomaotes

Put in the oven, set on 180C, fan fake for 20 minutes.

Questions I would ask Sir Edmund Hilary if I ever interviewed him would be:

1 - What year were you born a how old were you when you climbed mt everest?

2 - Why did you want to climb mt  everest?

3 - How did you avoid the avalanches?

4 - How did you get to eat during your journey?

5 - How did you stay warm, how many layers of clothing did you have to wear?

SLJ - Week - 1 Day 4 - Activity 3 - salt and pepper

We had to create where our hotel would be set and what we would make the hotel out of. I would have my hotel in the centre of ChCh because I love  ChCh and live there to. I Would make my hotel out of ice cream, I would have my hotel underground and have a tunnel to it. you can drive down or walk down the tunnel, and you   have to be ready and set as its going to be cold down there!
