These are three good things to be on Great Barrier Island and Little Barrier Island:
1 - You would be responsible for making sure the animals have enough food and water.
2 - Get to help look after the baby animals.
3 -Plant more plants.
These are the three bad things
1 - Might have storms and I don't like being in storms.
2 - If people decided to come onto the island and cut down trees.
3 - You may not have internet.
I would like to be a DOC ranger because I get to look after all the babies and I get to see all the new trees growing.

ReplyDeleteI am excited to hear that you would like to be a DOC ranger. There are pros and cons to every job that's out there and what matters the most is if you have passion and love for what you do!
I think one of the cons of becoming a DOC ranger would definitely have to be working with animals in the wild - we can never expect what could happen! Even if our intentions might be pure, you never know how the animals would respond. They have defense mechanisms which they might use against us as a way of trying to protect themselves. What do you think? Do you agree?
