I love Christchurch as my hometown because of all the the beaches and all the gardens. I love all the flowers in the gardens, they smell beautiful and delightful and are as colourful as a rainbow. My favorite place is Margaret Mahy it's my favorite playground because I love all the equipment and I and Olivia love the central library because there is lego, last time I was there in the lego pit me and my sister bilt a jailhouse and there is a slide, and there are movies in town.

I've never been but after reading your post, I definitely want to organise a trip. What's the best time of the year to explore Christchurch? You've used some great adjectives, Michaela. Especially when describing the flowers. They sound very similar to the flowers at the botanic gardens in Rotorua. Have you been? The central library sounds amazing too! What are some of your favourite books to read?
