I have to work on an inventor and their inventions.

So I chose Benjamin Franklin. He invented lots of things like the stove and glass but lots more as well.

He lived from 1706 to 1790 

He was born in Boston, Massachusetts  and died in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 

He invented

Failures of Benjamin Franklin 

German newspaper: Benjamin Franklin published the first German language newspaper in the United - States. Benjamin Franklin's newspaper went down in business in Philadelphia, Zeitung in 1732. When the public were not buying his newspaper it went out of press less than a year later.

Photonic Alphabet: Benjamin Franklin tried to eliminate C, Q and W out of the Alphabet and sounds like "th" and "sh", replacing them better sounding letters. This change was never close to being released by Noah Webster and Benjamin Franklin as it was considered to be to radical and the idea was scrapped.

We did counting the beat in Music class today.

In Counting the beat I  learnt how to use the Ukulele. The song we played was Lion Sleeps tonight.

The Ukuleles that I saw today  were yellow, brown and purple.
