  1. Kia Ora Michaela,
I loved seeing the photos of you all enjoying your school camp. It looks as if it was very cold as you are all rugged up in your winter woolies. I hadn't realised that Arthurs Pass was such a long way from Christchurch. I wonder if anyone felt a little travel sick whilst on the bus?
The questions at the end of your blog were great memory refreshers as they took me back to the days of my school camps. I think the most memorable school camp I went on ( and I did a few) was one in Tutira. We had to get into teams and there was a girl in my team that managed to winge a lot and winge very loudly. For some reason she listened to me as I suggested she rested against a fence on the way up a particularly steep hill....I didn't know the fence was electric, I promise. I have felt guilty about that ever since. My family and I have walked up to the devils punchbowl, it is seriously cool. Did you get wet as you were standing viewing it? Castle hill is quite close to where we live, we love climbing around on the rocks. They can be very slippery when covered in ice or snow.
Thanks for the great post Michaela. I wonder what your favourite activity was?

  2. Hi Michaela its Zara here,
That sounds very fun to go on. I wish I could go on it. I liked the way you put where you went and put pictures on so we knew what it looked like. Your picture of the snow and the waterfall looked really cool. Maybe next time you could put less pictures and do more writing about the things you did. Did you like camp?
    Bye from Zara

  3. Hi Michaela
I like the way that you told us what you were doing at authers pass, when you were pointing at the walterful you told us, that was what you were doing and what group you were in. when you said about authers pass it moade me think about when we went there as a family. Make sure you read back what you have written and make sure that ther are no spelling mistakes. For example you have spelt stop wrong and it dosnt make sence. Did you like Authers pass. From Olivia
