Home learning - Count your windows

Hi bloggers 
Today for  my  home learning I have to count all the windows in my house but there is a twist  when you have counted you have to double it and then times it by two I have done that and all my working outs are on a...

How many window do you have and double it and times it by two like what i had to do and then comment what you got. 
There are going to be lots more coming out.

    Mrs Spragg here. What a cool home learning activity. I really like your canva, especially because the arrows are easy to follow and so I could see that your working out was clear.

    I don't know how many windows I've got. Is it by block of windows or each pane of glass? 'Cause some of my windows/sliding doors have a lot of pains of glass in them. I know that it is going to cost a lot when we get them double glazed.

    Just in my living areas/kitchen I have 7 windows but 28 panes of glass. So that would mean I either have 7, doubled is 14 x 2 is 28 or 28, doubles is 56 x 2 is 112. That's a big difference in numbers.

    What do you think I should count?
